WHAT IS SUBLIMATION?
Sublimation is the method of applying an image to specially coated cloth, using three main ingredients: sublimation ink, heat and pressure. Heat and pressure application bonds the sublimate dye colours into the fabric fibres on a microscopic level whilst keeping the fabrics original technical makeup. As the sublimation process actually dyes the garment, the colour is "in" the fabric and not merely on top, as is the case with traditional screen printing methods.  This process is quick which enables fast production and has the ability to print unlimited colours. Furthermore, sublimation gives a noticeably better feel to the garment and because the colour is infused in the fabrics, it is also less vulnerable to fading over time.
